Code of Conduct
for Partners and End-Clients
Introduction
At Cyber-Hat Ltd. and Cyber-Hat USA Inc (“CYREBRO.”), we uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity in our business operations. This Code of Conduct extends beyond our internal stakeholders to include our esteemed Partners and End-Clients. This Code of Conduct outlines the principles and guidelines that govern the expected conduct of our Partners and End-Clients when engaging with our products and services.
- Integrity
CYREBRO expects the highest standards of ethical conduct in all our endeavors. We expect our Partners and End-Clients to always be ethical in every aspect of their business, including relationships, practices, sourcing, and operations.
We expect our Partners and End-Clients to always behave professionally and courteously to our personnel. Any attempt to intimidate or harass any CYREBRO employee will be unacceptable, as well as using any profane, hostile or aggressive language with our personnel.
- Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption
CYREBRO does not engage in and does not tolerate corruption in any form (including bribery, facilitation payment, kickback, extortion, misuse of authority for personal gain, undue benefits or gifts with the intent to influence), whether in the private or public sector on any scale. Partners and End-Clients of CYREBRO are prohibited from engaging in any form of bribery or corruption. This includes, but is not limited to, offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting any undue advantage, money laundering, fraud, whether directly or indirectly, in any business or governmental transactions. Partners and End-Clients shall further abide by all applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations of the countries in which it operates.
- Confidentiality
Partners and End-Clients must respect and protect the confidentiality of information received from CYREBRO This includes proprietary information, trade secrets, and any other sensitive data. Partners and End-Clients should not disclose, use, or reproduce such information without explicit authorization.
- Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)
At CYREBRO, we are committed to conducting our business in a corporate, social and environmentally responsible manner. Therefore, we highly encourage our Partners and End-Clients to regard Environmental, Social, and Governance factors in their business operation. This commitment extends to ensuring that both our internal stakeholders and Partners and Clients implement necessary measures to reduce the likelihood of unsafe working conditions, human trafficking, conflict minerals, and slavery throughout our global supply chain. We unequivocally condemn forced, indentured, involuntary, or child labor, as well as any form of human trafficking.
If practicable, we encourage our Partners and End-Clients to eliminate the use of any substance or material that may cause environmental damage, reduce waste generation and dispose of all waste through safe and responsible methods.
- Sanctioned Countries
Please note that CYREBRO strives to strictly comply with all applicable local sanctions and trade restrictions. We may be prohibited from engaging in business activities with individuals, entities, or countries subject to sanctions imposed by the applicable legislation and/or the relevant authorities.
By engaging with CYREBRO, Partners and End Clients agree to uphold the principles outlined in this Code of Conduct. We believe that ethical business practices are essential for the long-term success and sustainability of our business relationship.
This Code of Conduct is subject to periodic review and may be updated at the discretion of CYREBRO.
